It was a little tough finding something at the price I was approved for so of course I was getting discouraged. Paula kept reminding me we will find you something and we did less than a month. My next experience with Paula was the pleasure of her selling my house. I went to Aruba and in 4 days when I returned my house was sold. Any concerns or questions I had Paula would respond at her earliest convenience which never exceeded into the next day. I'm very grateful and honored to have had the pleasure of meeting Paula and I definitely will be referring her to anyone I know in need of buying or selling. Oh, where to even begin? From start to finish it was an amazing experience and pleasure for my family and me to work with Bekah. This was my first time buying a home and Bekah was so helpful in showing us multiple homes and accommodating with me to look at homes after hours so I did not have to miss any work. She is so knowledgeable about homes and things to look out for when looking at homes that make you feel so safe with choices. She is so caring and wants to make sure you are getting the perfect home for you instead of just focusing on a sale. Paula coached us through an unstable market in the lower-mid Sussex County DE market. We have sold a lot of properties in our lifetime. Given that, at times we thought we knew more than we did. As we became more open-minded with Paula's advice, showings increased, and we eventually had multiple offers to pick from. Ultimately, her experienced helped us sell the property. We did not get as much as we hoped for, but I also feel we were in a very difficult time period and our hoped-for amount may have been inflated.
